This October 10 to 12, Janus took part in Localization World Silicon
Valley 2011 in Santa Clara. We find it a privilege to attend the event every year.
Localization World was originated to serve as an expertise sharing space for market leaders to discuss innovative, quality and efficiency driving technologies and solutions.
Our speaker Dmitry Molodyk, Chief Operating Officer in Janus made a presentation to cover O Sport, You Are Multilingual: Preparing for a Major Sporting Event.
“Localization World 2011 is a key conference for companies doing business globally or who are addressing multiple language markets,” says Mr. Molodyk. “Our presentation will give attendees great insights on requirements and expectations a customer from the sport industry might have.”
This October 6 to 7 Janus representatives visited TAUS User Conference 2011 in Santa Clara.
TAUS community has spearheaded improvements in the global translation industry ranging from improved technology adoption to service innovation and cross-industry collaboration.
Janus team wants to be aware about all new strategies discussed during a comprehensive range of events and presentations at TAUS. |

On December 3rd–4th 2011, a Forum is to take place in Sochi dedicated to all aspects of linguistic support for the XXII Olympic and XI Paralympic Winter Games of 2014, under the title: “Sochi 2014: Translation Issues”.
The programme for the Forum will feature talks by senior figures from the Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee and Sochi Сity Administration; leading Russian translators; and our Managing Director, Konstantin Josseliani.
The presentations at the Forum will tell you all about the unique solution we have developed in conjunction with the client, which will enable us to achieve synergy across all these different services, minimize costs and ensure high-quality translation for the biggest project in the country.
You will also have the chance to meet key participants in the project and learn about their experiences thus far, and find out all there is to know about ways of getting involved in the project.

Janus looks forward to participating in international conference to be held in Germany. This October 18 to 20, Janus will be present at the annual Tekom Conference at Wiesbaden, Germany.
